The invention relates to a drawer with an adjustment for raising and lowering the drawer against a drawer extension. Furthermore, the invention relates to a drawer with such a drawer frame and an arrangement with drawer and drawer extension guide. Furthermore, the invention relates to a piece of furniture with a said arrangement.
Such drawer frames (corresponding to drawer side walls) serve to tilt the front panel by adjusting the height or lifting and lowering the drawer frame. It is thus not the tilt adjustment of the front panel relative to a drawer, but it is tilted the entire drawer or the drawer, whereby the front panel attached thereto is inclined. Basically, this tilt adjustment is mainly aesthetic reasons to achieve a uniform appearance of several drawer fronts on top of each other or against the Mobeikorpus. This setting after mounting or when mounting the drawer is often necessary due to the Fertigungstoieranzen the many individual components.
An example of such a tilt adjustment for the front panel via the drawer or the drawer side wall itself is shown in EP 1 516 562 B1. A disadvantage of this adjustment, however, is that the adjustment is cumbersome. That is, especially at close to each other arranged individual drawers this only accessible from above adjustment screw is very difficult to achieve.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a comparison with the prior art improved drawer or drawer side wall, in which the tilt adjustment for the front panel and the height adjustment for the entire drawer frame is comfortable and easy to reach.
This is achieved for a drawer with the features of the preamble of claim 1, characterized in that the substantially inside the 2
Drawer frame arranged adjusting in the lateral, pointing in the direction of the drawer interior interior surface of the drawer has an accessible from the drawer interior actuator. As a result, the entire drawer interior can be better used for the actuation of the actuating element. When pressing a fitter can reach into the interior of the drawer and easily and comfortably reach the actuator even when only half open drawer or tightly superimposed drawers.
The drawer interior is generally considered to be the room in which items to be stowed under normal use are stored. In other words, this means that it is the space bounded laterally by the drawer front and rear panels and the bottom of the drawer bottom. There is no space available for stowage above the side drawer.
Basically, the lateral inner surface of the drawer can take any shape, but a common embodiment is that the inner surface is substantially vertical in mounting position of the drawer.
It should not be excluded that the actuating element is designed in the form of a slide, however, it is preferably provided that the actuating element is rotatable. In this regard, it can be particularly preferably provided that the rotatable actuating element on its pointing in the direction of the drawer interior surface has a recess, preferably a Phillips or a hexalobular, in which a tool can be attached. As a result, the actuating element can be rotated with a corresponding wrench.
In contrast, to allow for tool-less operation, the actuator may have a corrugation on the outer surface to facilitate rotation with the fingers. 3
A particularly preferred embodiment variant of the present invention can provide that the adjusting device has a support foot resting on the drawer pull-out guide in the mounted position, which can be moved linearly and vertically by actuating, preferably by turning, the actuating element. Thus, the drawer has an extendable outrigger, which rests directly on the drawer extension, preferably on the drawer rail. This has the advantage of substantially better support and support, in particular compared with EP 1 516 562 B1, than by means of the narrow annular groove shown in the cited document, into which a retaining edge engages. For the conversion of the rotational movement of the actuating element in the translational movement of the outrigger, for example, a gear forming the actuating element and a toothed rack forming the support foot can be provided. However, in order to obtain a self-locking height adjustment, it is preferably provided that the actuating element has, at its end remote from the drawer interior, a spiral worm which engages with corresponding latches on the support foot.
In order to make the actuation of the actuating element as simple as possible, it can preferably be provided that the axis of rotation of the actuating element extends transversely to the substantially vertical alignment of the inner surface. It is particularly advantageous if the axis of rotation with respect to the vertical orientation of the inner surface at an angle between 30 ° and 12CT, preferably between 40 ° and 95 °. When using a tool thus the tool can be slightly inclined to the horizontal or exactly in a horizontal (corresponds to 90 °) are recognized on the actuator.
In principle, it is irrelevant whether the adjusting device is arranged in a front region of the drawer or in a rear region of the drawer frame, as long as by adjusting the adjustment pivoting the drawer to a Aufliegpunkt on the drawer extension is possible. But since in the front of the drawer often consuming 4
Front panel fittings are arranged, may preferably be provided that the drawer has a U-profile and connectable to the U-profile rear wall bracket for connecting the drawer frame with a rear wall of a drawer, wherein the adjusting device is part of the rear wall bracket. As a result, the responsible only for the attachment of the rear wall to the drawer back wall holder additionally record the function of inclination adjustment. In order to obtain a good access to the tilt adjustment for this arranged mostly in the drawer frame rear wall holder in the assembled state, may preferably be provided that the U-profile co-forms the inner surface of the drawer and has a hole through which the actuating element of the adjustment is accessible , Thus, the aesthetic requirements in the drawer interior is satisfied.
Protection is desired not only for the pure drawer, but also for a drawer with two drawer frames forming the side walls of the drawer, a rear wall connected to the drawer, a drawer bottom and a front panel attachable to the drawer and optionally two container rails. In this case, the two drawer frames may be designed essentially mirror-symmetrically and have an actuating element at their respective inner surfaces pointing in the direction of the interior.
Protection is also desired for an arrangement with such a drawer and a drawer pull-out guide which can be mounted on a furniture. It can be particularly preferably provided that the drawer pull-out a mountable on a furniture carcass rail, optionally a center rail, and a drawer rail for connecting the drawer with the drawer pull-out, wherein the support of the adjustment positionally fixed to the drawer rail, preferably on a retaining lug of the drawer rail, is held. The connection of the drawer to the drawer extension guide can be done by known per se locking or snap-in elements. Under stable holding the outrigger on the drawer rail is meant that in height or tilt adjustment of the outrigger no relative movement relative to the 5 Schubladenausziehführung performs (a relative movement when removing the entire drawer is very well given). Rather, a relative movement of all other components of the drawer against the support foot and thus also compared to the drawer extension guide is performed during adjustment. In principle, in this regard, it should not be ruled out that the support foot itself remains in the extended position of the drawer on the pull-out. However, it must be guaranteed that a simple re-attaching and an exact engagement of the outrigger in the actuator of the adjustment are possible. Due to the retaining lug the drawer is always held without play on the drawer rail and can only be moved by the adjustment or when removing the entire drawer relative to the drawer rail.
Furthermore, protection is desired for a piece of furniture with a furniture body, a drawer pull-out guide mounted on the furniture body and a drawer attached to the pull-out guide with a drawer frame according to the invention.
Further details and advantages of the present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the description of the figures with reference to the exemplary embodiment illustrated in the drawings. Show:

Drawer in normal position, a schematic representation of a raised in the rear drawer with thereby inclined front panel, a 3D view of a piece of furniture, a 3D view of the furniture without front panel with drawer, sections through a furniture with different inclination positions of the front panel, exploded views of a rear wall bracket with Adjusting device, 6 6 Fig. 10 and 11 Fig. 12 and 13 Fig. 14 and 15 Fig. 16 Fig. 17 and 18 each an assembled rear wall bracket with differently extended outrigger,
Cuts through the lower portion of a drawer with differently adjusted heights, to Figs. 12 and 13 matching 3D views, a partially broken 3D view of the rear portion of a drawer and parallel to the front panel cuts through the drawer frame together with different adjusted adjustment.
In Fig. 1, a furniture 15, comprising a furniture body 16, a drawer extension guide 3 and a drawer 12 is shown schematically. From the drawer 12 is a drawer 1 and a front panel 14 can be seen. The drawer 12 is connected in the front region via a connection point 23 (support point) with the drawer extension guide 3. In the rear area, the drawer 12 and the drawer 1 is connected via a support foot 6 with the drawer extension guide 3. This support foot 6 is part of an adjusting device 2, which in the region of the inner surface F of the drawer 1 has an actuating element 4.
As can be seen schematically from FIG. 2, actuation of the actuating element 4 triggers a retative movement of the actuating element 4 together with the drawer frame 1 relative to the support foot 6, wherein the support foot 6 is held in a fixed position on the drawer extension guide 3 via the retaining lug 20. Depending on the direction in which the actuation (preferably rotation) of the actuating element 4 takes place, the entire drawer 12 is raised and lowered and thereby pivoted about the front bearing point. As a result, the tilt adjustment of the front panel 14 is possible.
FIG. 3 shows in a 3D view a furniture 15 with a furniture body 16 and a front panel 14. In contrast, the front panel fitting 25 which can be fitted over the front panel fitting 25 is missing in FIG. 4, whereby the view of the remaining parts of the drawer 12 is released. This drawer 12 has, in addition to the front panel 14, not shown, two side drawer frames 1, a rear wall 11 and a drawer bottom 24. This drawer 12 defines a drawer interior R, said drawer interior R is laterally bounded in turn by the inner surfaces F of the drawer 1. As can be seen in the left area, the drawer 1 has a preferably metallic Ü-profile 9. In order now to achieve a simple and comfortable tilt adjustment, the invention provides that the substantially arranged in the interior of the drawer 1 adjusting 3 in the lateral, pointing towards the drawer interior R inner surface F of the drawer 1 has an accessible from the drawer interior R actuator 4.
In this case, the actuating element 4 is preferably arranged in the rear region of the drawer 12 and is accessible through the U-profile 9 of the drawer 1 through and actuated.
In Fig. 5, the adjusting device 2 is shown in the highest possible position, whereby the front panel 14 is tilted forward to the top. In contrast, in Fig. 6, the furthest lowered position is shown, whereby the front panel 14 is moved back in the upper region and tends towards the rear. In contrast, in Fig. 7, the drawer 12 is aligned with respect to the furniture body 16 straight.
Fig. 8 shows a rear wall holder 10, which is part of a drawer 1. This rear wall holder 10 has, on the one hand, a mounting plate 27 and a retaining element 28 that can be connected to this mounting plate 27. Between the retaining element 28 and the mounting plate 27, the adjusting device 2 can be attached, wherein the actuating element 4 of the adjusting device 2 is held in a circular hole 29 of the retaining element 28. This actuating element 4 can be actuated by the tool via the cross-slot-shaped recess 25 and can be rotated about the axis of rotation D. On the side facing away from the drawer interior R side of the actuating element 4, a spiral screw 7 (see FIG. 9) is formed, which engages in corresponding rasters 8 on the support foot 6. By turning the actuating element 4, a relative movement of the support foot 6 relative to the actuating element 4 and the mounting plate 27 and the holding element 28 is triggered. This linear and vertical relative movement of the support foot 6 is bounded laterally by the guides 26 for the support foot 6. On Abstützfuß 6 turn stops 31 are formed for the movement boundary up and down.
In Fig. 10, the entire rear wall holder 10 is shown in the assembled state, wherein the actuating element 4 together with recess 5 is substantially flush with the holding element 28. Below the retaining element 28, the support foot 6 protrudes. In contrast, in FIG. 11, the support foot 6 is extended downward by actuation of the actuating element 4.
Corresponding to FIG. 10, FIG. 12 shows a section through the rear wall holder together with drawer frame 1, rear wall 11 and drawer extension guide 3. In this case, the support foot 6 rests on the drawer rail 19 and is held in a fixed position over the stop area 30 by the retaining lug 20 in the vertical direction. The distance between the rear wall holder 10 and the drawer rail 19 is shown in FIG. 12 the lowest possible, reduced distance S.
In contrast, Fig. 13 corresponds to the representation of FIG. 11 and shows the largest possible, elevated distance H between the rear wall bracket 10 and drawer rail 19. From these two Figs. 12 and 13 can also be seen that the container rail 21, which is below the drawer bottom 24th and the drawer 1 is arranged, moved with the entire drawer 12 in the tilt adjustment. As a result, the container rail 21 is then only in the lowered position of the adjusting device 2 on the drawer rail 19.
Also in Figs. 14 and 15 are shown to the aforementioned positions matching 3D views, the drawer bottom 24 and a part of the U-profile 9 is missing. In Fig. 14, the lowered distance S is shown, wherein the support foot 6 is almost in a plane with the container rail 21. In contrast, the raised distance H is shown in Fig. 15, in which the container rail connected to the drawer 1 21 (and thus the entire drawer 12) relative to the support foot 6 and opposite the drawer rail 19 is raised. 9
In Fig. 16 is a partially broken view of the rear portion of a drawer 12 is shown, whereby the view of a portion of the rear wall holder 10 with actuator 4 is free. The recess in the actuating element 4 is executed in Fig. 16 as a hexalobular.
In Fig. 17 and 18, a section through the drawer 1 and the drawer-extension guide 3 is shown parallel to the front panel. The drawer pull-out guide 3 is fastened via the carcass rail 17 on the furniture body 16. Furthermore, the drawer pull-out guide 3 has a middle rail 18 and a drawer rail 19. On this drawer rail 19 of the support foot 6 of the adjusting device 2 is located. The support foot 6 has a plurality of grids 8, which correspond to the engaging in the recesses between the grids 8 Spiraischnecke 7 of the actuating element 4. By turning the actuating element 4 about the axis of rotation D, the extension movement of the support foot 6 is performed. As can be clearly seen from these Figs. 17 and 18, the Betätigungsetement 4 for a fitter is easily accessible via the drawer interior R. However, the axis of rotation D of the actuating element 4 need not be formed horizontally, but may be inclined in an angular range between 30 ° and 120 ° relative to the vertical orientation of the inner surface F of the drawer 1. In Fig. 18, a smaller more preferable range of the angle α between 40 ° and 95 ° is shown. In addition, in Fig. 18, the drawer 1 is again shown in the lowest, lowered position (distance S), wherein the latches 8 engage further up in the spiral screw-shaped elevations 7 of the actuating element 4. 17 and 18, the hole 13 in the U-profile 9 for the better accessibility of the actuating element 4 can be seen.
